2008 Men's Retreat

To bring the men of the church to greater responsibility and accountability in Christ by drawing them together - “a three cord strand is not easily broken”. We seek to mobilize men by gifting, develop accountability teams and care groups to achieve greater unity and focus on ministry needs. Encourage men not actively involved with other ministries to get involved with other men with which they have common interests and affinities. The typical nature of a man is to seek accomplishment through conquering a challenge or problem, we will create these challenges and communicate them to our men.

To help men understand what it means to be a godly man in the face of all the challenges faced on a day-to-day basis as a father, a husband, a worker, etc. but most importantly as a servant of Christ. Through various events and materials, we want to equip, encourage, challenge, train and strengthen men to be conformed to the image of Christ and to be the leaders that God wants them to be. To be ready at all times to give an account for the hope that lies within.
